Aldersgate Village Home Care offers services from the campus of Aldersgate Village, a Christian Retirement Community in Topeka.

Aldersgate Village Home Care offers a broad spectrum of services, all provided by skilled professionals and supportive staff in the comfort of your own home.
Our Staff
Professionally trained, caring and trustworthy, our staff is comprised of RN’s, LPN’s, HHA’s and homemakers.
Aldersgate Village requires thorough background checks and mandates annual training with additional training in the care of individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related issues.
Home Health Care Services
Licensed Nursing
$55.00/hr* One hour minimum
Services include:
- Medication set up and ordering
- Medical case management
- Communication with physicians
- Injections
- Wound care
- Monitoring blood pressure and vital signs
- Diabetic monitoring
Home Health Aide
$18.00/hr* Two hour minimum
Provided by Certified Home Health Aides.
Services include:
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with daily living activities: bathing, dressing and grooming, oral hygiene, and continence needs.
- Companion Care Services
- Meal preparation
Companion Care
$16.50/hr* Two hour minimum
Services include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Appointments
- Errands
- Shopping
- Laundry assistance
- Pet care
- Respite or relief for family
- Recreational activities
Coordinated Services
$45.00/hr* One hour minimum
- Medical billing
- Insurance claims assistance
- Coordinating needed services outside of health care
- Banking and bill payment
Hospital Companion Care
$18.00/hr* Two hour minimum
A staff member will be with you while in a hospital setting to ensure your needs are being met.
* Prices subject to change. All services are billed directly to the client. Some long-term care insurance policies may cover the cost. Medicare does not pay for private care.
