Be sure to include the resident's full name on the subject line
of your Email.

Attachments/Pictures: Pictures will be printed in full color.  We do not have the capacity to print out attachments larger than 8 X 10 in. or 576 X 720 pixels or 20.32 X 25.40 cm.  

• Email Length: We regret needing to limit the length of resident Emails to a maximum of 10 pages. This is due to the number of residents receiving Email and the popularity of the program.
• Email Receipt: Your Email will be sent to our Programs Department.  Once received, your Email will be printed off, put in an envelope and sent to the appropriate resident. It's that easy!

Aldersgate Village Residents Have Their Own Computer to Use . . . for Free!

Residents have a computer center for their own personal use.  They have access to the Internet, basic word processing, and additional programs for making a family tree, making greeting cards, playing games and more. Employee support is available to help residents sign-up for their own Email address using Hotmail, Yahoo! or any of the other free Email services that are available.  Encourage your family member(s) to use this free service!
